Bayern Munich technical director Michael Reschke says striker Robert Lewandowski will not leave the club during the summer transfer window.
Reports at the start of the month claimed that the player will leave the Bundesliga to join Real Madrid in Spain with Premier League runner-ups Arsenal also in contention.
But Reschke has rubbished the rumours, saying the German giants have no reason to sell one of the best strikers in the world.
"Lewandowski? [Karl-Heinz] Rummenigge already said that he will be at Bayern next season," Reschke told Radio Crc.
"He still has three years on his contract and he's the strongest #9 in the world.
"Higuain? He's one of the best #9s in the world but Lewandowski is the best and there would be no reason to sell him.
"If we're interested in [Elseid] Hysaj and [Kalidou] Koulibaly? Bayern's rule is not to speak about players of other teams, it's just rumours.
"We are working [to sign new players] but the moment we decide to do it we will make an offer."
