Arsenal attacking midfielder Mesut Ozil says he would sign Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo if he was in charge of his own club.
The Germany international says the Portuguese is a legend of the game, as equally strong as former Merengues Zinedine Zidane and Gunter Netzer.
The 31-year-old enjoyed yet another successful campaign with the Spanish giants, scoring the decisive penalty in the Champions League final against Atletico Madrid.
He was furious with the club when they decided to sell Ozil to Arsenal saying how the departure of the German is "very bad news" and how he was "angry" at how the club let one of their key players leave.
"[Who I would sign if I were manager?] Zidane, Günter Netzer and @Cristiano! Legends!", Ozil wrote on Twitter.
