Arsenal are determined to secure the services of Borussia Dortmund midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan after the player rejected a new contract with the German side.
Agent Mino Raiola has confirmed that the Armenian is looking at his options with Chelsea and Juventus also rumoured to be interested in the 27-year-old.
"Why would we sign a contract renewal now?" Raiola told German newspaper Bild.
"Micki has a contract until June 2017 and we are looking at his options for the future."
Russian outlet SportFackt revealed at the start of the month that the Gunners have already held talks with the player's agent with Borussia Dortmund ready to listen to offers higher than £20million.
