Liverpool have offered to make Mario Gotze their highest-paid player in a bid to tempt him from Bayern Munich, the Daily Star has revealed.
The 23-year-old has failed to live up to his potential for the German giants since making his move from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2013.
Arsenal, Juventus and former club Borussia Dortmund are rumoured to also be interested.
Despite currently being ruled out with injury, he is expected to be fully fit to feature for Germany in this summer's European Championship.
