Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says he will add new players to his squad in the summer but it will not be easy to find the right elements.
The Gunners ended their Premier League campaign in second place after easing past Aston Villa on Sunday afternoon.
But they will be expected to improve next season as fans were not amused to finish below Claudio Ranieri's Leicester City.
"I'm not the only one who can decide that [what players to sign]," Wenger said.
"When you buy players you need the player to agree and the clubs to agree to sell them. But we will try [to sign new players].
"[Injuries?] Jack [Wilshere] is fit. Theo [Walcott] has a little hamstring problem. He is sharp but not available. If he is selected tomorrow he is available for Euros.
"[Not winning the title?] I think I have proved in 20 years that I accept being criticised. My target is to keep everyone happy but unfortunately I don't manage to do it always."
