Paris Saint-Germain have launched a bid for Arsenal and Chelsea target Faouzi Ghoulam, according to RMC Sport journalist Mohamed Bouhafsi.
Bouhafsi confirmed to Radio Crc that the French giants want to sign the player before the end of the transfer window.
He also confirmed that Real Madrid are also tracking the left-back.
