Arsenal and Manchester United target Lucas Biglia will not leave Lazio, Calciomercato.it has reported.
The player has a transfer market value of £35.5m according to his club with Corriere dello Sport revealing that Lazio already rejected an £18m offer from Manchester United.
Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are also interested but the 29-year-old is expected to sign a new contract with the Biancocelesti in the coming weeks.
His current contract expires in 2018 with the Italians ready to improve his salary to keep him at the club until 2020.
