Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says a top-four finish is no longer an acceptable target for the Gunners.
Having last won the Premier League title more than 10 seasons ago, Arsenal are desperate to finally be able to challenge the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City.
And Wenger believes that last season's FA Cup win shows that his team is not "far away" from winning the title.
"It's [the Premier League crown is] our target and we feel we have a chance in a very competitive league," Wenger said on Friday.
"We finished third last season and we won the FA Cup so that shows that we are not far away.
"We have a good, cohesive group and I believe they are a group who have the ambition to do better.
"That's our target but it is very difficult to know how good we are until the season. What is important is that we focus as well as we can, then we have the chance."
