Arsenal goalkeeper legend David Seaman says the Gunners still need two more players to be title contenders.
Speaking after the club's announcement that Chelsea's Petr Cech has joined the club, Seaman described the move as a loss for the Blues and an important gain for Arsene Wenger's side.
But he insists that boss Arsene Wenger should bring a strong central defender and a "Yaya Toure-like midfielder" to be able to compete with the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City next season.
"It's [Petr Cech's signing is] a massive boost for Arsenal," Seaman told BBC Sport.
"It's what they needed. He must have had a list as long as his arm of clubs to go to, so I'm so happy he chose Arsenal.
"[But] It's not all about Cech. We still need a good centre-half and a Patrick Vieira or Yaya Toure-like midfielder.
"But before, we were having to sell players - like Cesc Fabregas and Gael Clichy. The club's now got stability and the finances to pay wages and big transfer fees.
"By bringing quality players in like Cech, that will be what we need to win the Premier League."
