Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina will leave the Gunners during the summer transfer window.
A solid regular in Arsene Wenger's team last season, the Colombia international is no longer guaranteed a regular place at the club after the arrival of Petr Cech.
The 26-year-old joined Arsenal during last summer's transfer window and played 23 games last season.
"They [Fenerbahce] are dealing with my agent," Ospina is quoted as saying by Turkish newspaper Daily Sabah.
"At the moment the only thoughts I have are for Colombia.
"I will not betray my team."
