Olympique de Marseille president Vincent Labrune says defender Nicolas N'Koulou will not leave during the summer transfer window.
The 25-year-old was rumoured to be one of the many names linked with a possible move to Arsenal.
But Labrune insists that all offers for the Cameroon international will be rejected.
"We know how important he is for us," Labrune is quoted as saying by Express Sport.
"What he brings us on the pitch is more important than money in a transfer."
The player's contract expires in June 2016 but the French side are not interested in selling this summer even if that would mean losing the defender for free next year.
Serie A side Napoli are also reported to be interested.
