Arsenal are strong favourites to sign Southampton's Morgan Schneiderlin, according to the Mirror.
Boss Ronald Koeman has identified Lille's Idrissa Gueye as the one to replace the former Strasbourg man in the Southampton midfield, allowing the Frenchman to leave the club and join Arsene Wenger at the Emirates.
Legia Warsaw's Ondrej Duda was also shortlisted by Koeman to replace the 25-year-old but the Slovakian is very close to reaching an agreement with Internazionale.
The Saints are ready to offer £7m to sign Gueye.
