Defender Calum Chambers believes he is learning a lot from the squad's experienced players during his first year at Arsenal.
The 20-year-old joined the Gunners from Southampton for an estimated fee of £16m and started 22 games under manager Arsene Wenger.
And he says his objective is to help the Gunners secure a Champions League spot for next season.
"You can go up to one of the players and speak to them, ask them for a bit of advice if you want," Chambers told the club's official website.
"It's always nice to have people around you who have experience of being in this situation before and they can help you if you need it.
"I just want to be involved in [big games] as much as possible and I think high pressure situations are where you learn best. It can only benefit you.
"There are a lot of strong teams in the top half of the table competing for the top four so we've got to go into every game confident that we can get a win."
