Manager Arsene Wenger says Arsenal will want to avenge last November's loss at the Emirates when they face Manchester United in the FA Cup next month.
The Gunners suffered their first Premier League home defeat of the season against Louis van Gaal's side and the Frenchman admits his players were left frustrated and disappointed after the defeat.
"We came out of the first game [in the Premier League] with some frustration because we had produced a performance and didn't get a result," Wenger told the club's official website.
"That can happen in football. But if you produce a performance, nine times out of 10 you will win the game. That's what we want to reiterate.
"It's an interesting and exciting draw, we are the holders of this cup and we want to do absolutely everything to keep it. At some stage you have [to play the bigger teams].
"Last year we played Liverpool, Everton, Tottenham and that's what you do to get through. It's a good opportunity for us that we want to take."
In order to be televised on the BBC, the match was moved to a Monday and the Frenchman admits it is disappointing for some fans that the game was not scheduled for the weekend.
"We play when we are told to play, [whether it] is a Monday or Sunday or Friday," he said.
"We just want to win, and we adapt to the time. I don’t think that will be a major problem for us.
"It’s certainly not the most prestigious timing for people who want to watch on television. It’s more suited maybe for a Sunday game, but television has made that choice.
"We’ll adapt and have no problem with it."
