Manager Arsene Wenger expects a "spectacular" game when Tottenham Hotspur host Arsenal on Saturday afternoon.
The Gunners have been in devastating form as of late and will be determined to keep their positive run going against Mauricio Pochettino's side at White Hart Lane.
"In the derbies the home ground is not too significant sometimes," Wenger said.
"It's a high commitment, high pace and we just focus on the quality of our game and our performance no matter where we play.
"We'll do the same tomorrow.
"Of course [the derby is special] because the two teams are fighting very hard to be at the top of the league. It can be a spectacular game."
Meanwhile, the Frenchman has played down Jack Wilshere's recent smoking incident.
"He is not a smoker. He is sorry about what happened but he has to master his own life," Wenger explained.
"This photo has been taken at half past 12 after the Super Bowl. I don't know what happened really. Away from the club, it is his responsibility to master his life.
"Today, everywhere you go people make photos, but one second of your life does not define who you are."
