Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger describes the atmosphere at Anfield stadium as "special".
The Gunners face Brendan Rodger's side on Sunday afternoon in what could turn out to be a key game in the battle for a top four place at the end of the campaign.
"Yes, of course, there's a special atmosphere [at Anfield]," Wenger said.
"I have a lot of respect for the crowd at Liverpool because they stand behind their team.
"I remember one day we were leading 5-1 at Liverpool and they were chanting 'You'll Never Walk Alone'. It's one of the few grounds in the world where you can see that.
"There's a special combination of knowledge of the game at Liverpool and support for their team. I have a huge respect for that."
Wenger says a number of injured players will be assessed on Saturday, including Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
"There's a slight chance of [Nacho] Monreal being available and a very slight chance for [Theo] Walcott," added the Frenchman.
"He [Theo Walcott] is back in training today [Thursday]. But only today. I might take him, I don't know yet until he's back to full training. Let's see.
"We hope that [Alex] Oxlade-Chamberlain will be fit. That's what we'll see on Saturday after a test. He's not in training at the moment.
"[David] Ospina is back in full training and [Tomas] Rosicky should be back next week.
"[The rest are] all out. They're [Wilshere, Ozil, Koscielny, Ramsey and Arteta are] all progressing as planned."
