After failing in their bid to sign Jonathan de Guzman from Swansea, Queens Park Rangers are determined to make a winning offer for Norwich City's Leroy Johan Fer.
According to The Independent, the London side are ready to make an £8m offer for the 24-year-old.
Harry Redknapp's side are also linked with Lassana Diarra with the 29-year-old ready to accept a heavy pay-cut to return to London.
The Hoops are also keen on Napoli striker Eduardo Vargas but the Chile international is rumoured to prefer a move to Arsenal to work with manager Arsene Wenger.
