Roma coach says three points are vital from this weekend's game at home against Carpi.
The Giallorossi failed to build up on their positive Champions League result against Barcelona as they drew at home against Sassuolo and lost against Sampdoria in their last two games.
And Garcia wants to get back on winning terms as soon as possible.
"All we're interested in is getting the win," Garcia told reporters.
"We've taken one point from a possible six in our last two matches, so we absolutely have to improve. We didn't play well against Frosinone and won, yet against Sampdoria we took the match to them and ended up missing out on the three points.
"We need to repeat the performance we showed against Sampdoria but cut out the individual errors.
"Time will tell [about the best defensive pair]. Kostas Manolas and Daniele De Rossi did very well together – the problems stemmed from individual errors. De Rossi is showing that he can do a good job back there and he gives us an extra option.
"In the Barcelona match Manolas and Toni Rudiger performed excellently – they had to in order to stop the three superstars Barcelona have up front.
"It didn't go so well against Sassuolo, but that's part of the learning curve. Leo Castan did OK too. We'll make a call on it when everyone is at 100%.
"He's [Edin Dzeko is] relaxed.
"Edin is an experienced player and knows that if he does his job the goals will come. We work in training to improve our attacking play, even though we're playing every three days at the moment. Edin still needs to get used to playing with his new team-mates and vice versa.
"I'm not worried – we're scoring goals and creating chances. I'm more worried about the fact that we're conceding too many goals. We need to learn how to win 1-0. Apart from Frosinone, we've conceded goals in every game. That's something we need to improve on."
