Roma coach Rudi Garcia was not a happy man after his side could only manage a draw at home against Sassuolo.
The Giallorossi were eager to continue their positive spell that included Wednesday's 1-1 draw against Barcelona but had to settle for a point against Eusebio Di Francesco's men.
"Today it was confirmed that Sassuolo are a very good team," Garcia said.
"They are lethal on the counter and have a very good offensive department. But we made mistakes out there, we gave them way too much space to attack, especially in the first half where we failed to do the things we agreed on.
"Luckily we improved in the second half where we restored parity and also tried to win the game."
