Roma coach Rudi Garcia says he could rotate his team after the mid-week positive game against Barcelona.
The Giallorossi host Sassuolo on Sunday hoping to continue their impressive run in the Italian Serie A.
"Of course it's better when you play and win as we did against Juventus," Garcia told reporters.
"But it's not easy to win a match before a massive Champions League game like the one against Barcelona and that's what we did. We had to come up with something different against Barca but we remained effective.
"After the game I said Roma had proved they can adapt. It's a big plus point for us and it shows we've improved.
"It's always tough to prepare for the games either side of a Champions League encounter. Sassuolo have seven points and they're a very good team with some excellent players, especially up front.
"We'll need to give everything on the pitch tomorrow if we want to win. Our aim is to make it a third straight league victory.
"Rotation is possible, yes. Although you might see the same team as on Wednesday because we're still at the start of the season and we had four days after Frosinone and have had four since Barcelona.
"With the squad we have available here, the level of the team should never drop. No matter who plays we should have enough to win games."
