Roma coach was full of praise for his players after the 2-1 away win against Cagliari.
The Giallorossi were in desperate need of all three points as they keep the gap from leaders Juventus to seven points.
"We controlled the game in the first half and were organised in the second," Garcia said.
"We defended well, we know we have a lot of problems so it wasn't easy to be confident. The only problem I have [with today's game] is the conceded goal, we should have done better.
"But I think that we showed that there is quality in the team. The young players showed that they can be asset, if required.
"And I will have more options now that injured players will be back."
It was a much-needed for Roma and Garcia says the objective is now to take all three points against Parma next week.
"We won a lot at the [Stadio] Olimpico," he said.
"Our job is now to win next Sunday, we started a positive run today and want to keep it going."
