Roma coach Rudi Garcia says his team has to be at their very best if they are to stand a chance of winning against Cagliari.
The Giallorossi suffered a number of disappointing results in January but will be hoping to take all three points from the Stadio Sant'Elia on Sunday afternoon.
"They changed their coach and they are doing well with [Gianfranco] Zola," Garcia said.
"It will be nice to see him as coach [tomorrow]. But as I always say, it depends on us not the opposition. We have to be at our very best, if we are competitive then we can win the game.
"One shouldn't compare last season with this one. We are working to improve on all aspects of our game. We have to concede less goals and be more clinical in front of goal. We train very hard to improve this.
"We are second in the table. It's a shame we crashed out of the Italian Cup but we now want to give our 100% in the two remaining competitions.
"We are doing our very best to bring Roma back where it belongs, not only for the present but for the future as well."
The Frenchman has also confirmed that he has no intention of leaving the Giallorossi at the end of the season.
"I came here to win trophies," he said.
"All I can say is that Roma is not a first step [towards a more important club]."
