Coach Rudi Garcia admits the upcoming busy schedule could be a concern for his Roma side.
The Giallorossi travel to Palermo for this weekend's Serie A game with the Frenchman determined to take all three points from the Stadio Renzo Barbera and with captain Francesco Totti set to start despite only completing one training session after last week's derby.
"Palermo is quality, especially in the offensive department," Garcia said.
"But they also concede many goals. Our job is to go out there always with the same intensity and quality, our objective is to take all three points.
"[Francesco Totti] is fit to start.
"[Kostas Manolas] is fit, he's in the squad. We have all players available with the only exception of [Vasilis] Torosidis.
"[As for Maicon], we already spoke about him at Udine and against Lazio he was fit. We just have to manage him because playing every three days is not easy for him, just like for any other player.
"In mid-February we start two months in which we will play every three days so we will need the full squad."
Meanwhile, Garcia again rubbished rumours about a possible departure of striker Mattia Destro.
"Mattia is a Roma striker," Garcia stressed.
"I already gave my point of view on this, he's a very important player and I count on him for the second part of the season.
"[As for players in], many link us with many players but I'm happy with the squad. We now wait for [Leandro] Castan, I just hope not to have any serious injuries to deal with."
