Napoli coach Rafa Benitez wants his side to go one step further and take all three points against Atalanta on Sunday.
The Partenopei could only manage a draw when the two teams faced each other in October with the Spaniard saying that his side created enough chances to win that game.
"Tomorrow's game is important," Benitez told Radio Kiss Kiss.
"The game in the first leg [against Atalanta] was incredible, we were in complete control of the game yet we conceded, going on to miss many chances.
"We deserved to win back then so I hope we'll be better this time around.
"We miss some players but I don't like to complain, whoever will play will be up for it."
Asked to comment on Friday's Europa League draw, the Spaniard added: "They [Wolfsburg] are doing exceptionally well in the Bundesliga.
"They are second, they scored five against Internazionale between the two legs and they have top-quality players like Schurrle, De Bruyne and Perisic.
"They are quality, with plenty of European experience so it will be a fascinating game of football for us."
