Napoli coach Rafa Benitez says striker Lorenzo Insigne is training with the squad and will soon make his long-awaited comeback on the pitch.
The Italian has been missing for the Partenopei since the start of November after being diagnosed with a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
But he joins full-back Juan Camilo Zuniga in giving the Spaniard another injury boost ahead of the last part of the season with the Colombian available to face Internazionale on Sunday.
"Internazionale are quality so we have to approach the game with the right focus and with great intensity," Benitez told Radio Kiss Kiss.
"They changed players and coach, they signed important players [during the winter transfer window] so they have a very strong squad.
"We're mentally fit, there is healthy competition inside the group allowing every player to give his best and be prepared for all our games coming up.
"Today we did well in training and we're fully focused on the Internazionale game.
"Lorenzo [Insigne] and [Juan Camilo] Zuniga are training with the squad. Zuniga is in the squad for the game but we have to wait for Insigne although he's very close to making a comeback.
"Unfortunately we lost [Walter] Gargano after he suffered a muscle injury.
"Fortunately, [Christian] Maggio and [Miguel] Britos have nothing serious although they will also miss tomorrow's game."
