Napoli coach Rafa Benitez says the Udinese game will be another test of character for his team.
No team in Italy was as impressive as the Partenopei this year and with Juventus hosting Milan this evening and Roma away at Cagliari, third-placed Napoli will sense they can move even closer to the top two.
"The Udinese game is another test we have to pass," Benitez told Radio Kiss Kiss.
"We have to be happy with what we've done so far in 2015 but it's now time to grow and express ourselves in a better way.
"Today the players did well in training, they are fit, we are enjoying a positive run but any game can be dangerous so it's up to us to do our job and continue with this winning mentality."
Five Napoli players will miss the away trip to Palermo if booked against Udinese but the Spaniard says there is enough depth in the squad so as not be concerned about missing key players.
"We should not focus too much on this," he said.
"Our squad is deep enough that it allows us to give our best in every game. I will of course try to start with the best possible line-up, then it's up to the secondary players to work hard so as to be ready if called into action."
Asked who will start the game against Andrea Stramaccioni's team, Benitez said: "We will today assess each and every player.
"But we're optimistic [after the mid-week win in the Italian Cup] because the fitness level is relatively good. We know how good Gonzalo [Higuain] is but we also know how quality [Duvan] Zapata is.
"We will see tomorrow, for sure is that whoever will start will give his best."
