Napoli striker Lorenzo Insigne says the Partenopei still believe they can win the title.
Rafa Benitez's men enjoyed a poor start to the season as they trail leaders Juventus by eight points but won all their last three games before the international break.
And they will face struggling Internazionale on Sunday knowing that they can get all three points from the San Siro stadium.
"We go to Milan to win and show that we're still strong," Insigne told Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.
"I don't believe Internazionale are in a crisis, we know their coach very well and we know he's preparing for a great game.
"Yes, [Internazionale didn't pick me as a kid], they told me I was good but a little short. My dream is to be the Napoli captain but for now [Marek] Hamsik deserves this role.
"We will fight [for the title] until the very end, we only played six games and there's a lot more to come.
"If I'm more mature under Benitez? He's a great coach, he's helping me to improve my defensive game as well. I will continue to run as long as my stamina allows it.
"In today's game you don't win if you don't run and it won't be a concern if I don't score a lot of goals."
Fellow striker Gonzalo Higuain is yet to open his account in the Serie A this season but Insigne believes it's too early to worry.
"[Gonzalo] Higuain has to stay calm," said Insigne.
"He played with Real Madrid and has plenty of experience. He will keep helping us just the way he did so far, he will eventually score goals as well."
