New Milan striker Carlos Bacca says he snubbed offers from a number of important clubs to sign for the Rossoneri.
The 28-year-old was a target for Arsenal and Manchester United according to reports as he confirmed that he had offers from the United Arab Emirates, China, Germany, England and Spain.
But he says that he turned down important financial offers to sign for the Serie A club.
"Milan was not the only club interested in me," he told diarioadn.co.
"I had offers from the United Arab Emirates, China, Germany, England, Spain and also other Italian clubs.
"If it was down to money, I would have signed for a club in the United Arab Emirates or China but money is not everything.
"I wanted to join a club with clear objectives, a great club like Milan.
"I want to fight for the Scudetto with the likes of Juventus, Roma, Internazionale and Lazio and to later on play in the Champions League.
"It will be difficult but I like a challenge."
