Milan striker Stephan El Shaarawy will leave the Rossoneri to join Monaco, Calciomercato.com has revealed.
He will fly to France for a medical on Monday.
Milan Channel, the club's official TV channel, confirmed that the two clubs have opened talks about a deal that will take the Italy international to the Stade Louis II.
The 22-year-old struggled to make an impact last season after suffering a number of injuries but still managed to attract the interest of Arsenal and Liverpool.
He leaves Milan after four years at the club.
