Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic will join Milan, Calciomercato.com has revealed.
The Italian website reports that the Sweden international is ready to make a comeback in the Italian Serie A after reaching an agreement with the club for £5.8m per season.
Milan chief Adriano Galliani will now try to reach an agreement with the French giants with the player's agent, Mino Raiola, set to meet Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi on Monday.
It is possible that Milan will offer one or more of their players as part of the deal.
On Friday, the 33-year-old rubbished rumours linking him with a move away from Paris when he declared: "There's no truth behind those rumors that link me to Milan.
"I'm a PSG player and I have one year left in my contract and I want to respect it.
"For me it's not important to play in the Champions League but to play in a club that I like and right now I play in a club that I like.
"Moreover, I will also play in the Champions League. You never know what will happen in football, but I'm happy at PSG.
"We had a magical year, we won everything we could win and made it to the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
"We [Galliani and I] speak often but that means nothing.
"Galliani and I have been in contact since I left Milan."
