Milan are determined to finalise the transfer of Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel, according to Milan Channel.
The club's official TV channel explained that the two clubs have reached an agreement with the 21-year-old expected to join the Rossoneri on a season-long deal.
The two parties also met to negotiate the transfer of striker Fernando Torres.
The Spaniard's contract is due to expire in the summer of 2016 with Milan believing the 30-year-old is the right player to replace Mario Balotelli who joined Liverpool last week.
The player is ready to join the Italian giants but the two parties are yet to reach an agreement over the striker's wages.
