Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri says striker Carlos Tevez is fit to face Parma on Saturday.
The Argentine has recovered from a muscular injury that kept him out of the mid-week Italian Cup game against Fiorentina.
Midfielder Andrea Pirlo is not in the squad to face Parma but will make his long-awaited comeback on Tuesday against Monaco in the Champions League.
"A win tomorrow would be another piece of the puzzle ahead of the title win," Allegri said this morning.
"As for rotation, I believe many players were rested on Tuesday so tomorrow we will start with the best possible line-up.
"That's because I believe tomorrow's game - as I already said - is pivotal for the title.
"But winning will not be easy, Parma have produced a number of very good performances lately and credit to [Roberto] Donadoni and all the players for being so professional during such a difficult campaign.
"[Carlos] Tevez is fit and available.
"[Andrea] Pirlo is not in the squad but he will be back for Tuesday's game [against Monaco]. He is a very important player to have back.
"[Stephan] Lichtsteiner will be assessed today. Everybody else is available."
