Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri admits the next few days will be crucial for his side.
The Bianconeri will face Palermo on Saturday evening in their attempt to consolidate the first place in the Serie A.
And they will then shift their focus to Wednesday's Champions League game against Borussia Dortmund in Germany.
"I believe this week, starting tomorrow, will be a crucial week for the championship," Allegri said on Friday morning.
"We're not champions yet, as many insist to say.
"It's also a crucial week in the Champions League because it's a do-or-die type of game.
"Tomorrow's game at Palermo will not be easy, the stadium will be full and they always relish to compete against Juventus. They won 26 points at home so it will not be easy, far from that.
"As for [Andrea] Pirlo, we're assessing his fitness level on a daily basis, we hope to have him available for the game in Dortmund, it would be an important player to have.
"[Fernando] Llorente suffered a muscular problem, he trained separately on Thursday so he will be assessed tomorrow.
"[Andrea] Barzagli could play [against Palermo].
"But I will only decide the starting line-up after today's training session, I haven't decided anything yet."
