Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri expects a tough game away at Cesena on Sunday evening.
After a number of positive results in the new year, the Serie A leaders opened a seven-point gap at the top of the table and have key games against Borussia Dortmund and Roma coming up at the end of the month.
But the Italian says no players will be rested against Cesena.
"The three points are vital tomorrow so as to keep the lead we have at the top of the table," Allergri said.
"Cesena are in a good moment of form, they registered two wins in a row, one away from home and one at home against Lazio before losing at Empoli last week.
"And we will play on a synthetic pitch so it might be a complicated game.
"So there will be no rotation for tomorrow's game, the best possible team will face Cesena.
"Also if Roma win their [afternoon game] against Parma, we will start the game with only four points advantage, meaning that we will be forced to win [to keep the seven-point lead intact].
"The synthetic pitch means that the ball travels faster so we have to do well, especially on a technical level.
"Which is why we have to be ready, both physically and mentally."
