Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri says Milan's excellent signings in January will make it tough for his side when the two teams clash on Saturday evening.
The Bianconeri opened an important seven-point gap at the top of the Italian Serie A but the Italian insists it's too early to say that they will be crowned champions at the end of the season.
"Juventus against Milan is always Juventus against Milan," Allegri said.
"I believe [Milan vice-president Adriano] Galliani signed important players in the winter transfer window: Antonelli, Destro, Cerci and Paletta so I believe Milan can fight for a European place.
"It will not be easy tomorrow, far from that. I read that Juventus have already won the title but we're not there just yet. 90 points are needed to win the title and there are many points left to reach the target.
"Roma can still win the title and Napoli could produce a comeback so everything is still wide open.
"We have to be careful, focused and keep working hard. Things will change only when we will be mathematically champions but until then, our job should be to win as many games as possible."
Asked about the starting line-up, Allegri explained: "[Martin] Caceres is a big doubt.
"I will decide the formation to use tomorrow morning. [Stephan] Lichtsteiner is missing, I don't think Caceres will recover so someone has to play on the right.
"It could be [Simone] Padoin who is always a guarantee when he plays or [Simone] Pepe, for sure is that someone will start.
"We shouldn't be concerned when a player is missing, the important thing is to approach the game with the right spirit.
"[Arturo] Vidal has recovered, all the others are fit."
