Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri was visibly disappointed after losing the Italian Super Cup, in Doha, against Napoli.
The Bianconeri were twice in the lead and had three chances to win the cup in the penalty shoot-out but failed to bring home the trophy, much to the disappointment of their manager.
"It was a beautiful game, which we failed to win despite having three 'match points' in the penalty shoot-out," Allegri told RaiSport.
"It's a shame, with the exception of the first part of the second half we played a very good game.
"After the 1-1 we were again on the attack but it wasn't easy because Napoli is a very technical side."
A surprise change in the second half saw midfielder Andrea Pirlo getting replaced by Allegri and the coach says it was because his side needed cover at the back
"We were under pressure, we needed cover," Allegri said.
