Juventus midfielder Andrea Pirlo has rejected claims that he has a problem with new Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri.
In 2012, the 35-year-old was quoted as saying by the Gazzetta dello Sport that the reason why he left the Rossoneri was because Allegri, then at Milan, preferred Massimo Ambrosini and Mark van Bommel in midfield.
But Pirlo explained the relationship between the two is very strong.
"Any problems with Allegri? Nothing ever happened between us, even when I was at Milan," Pirlo told Sky Sports Italy.
"Ours is a normal manager-player relationship, we started well, with the right mental attitude.
"He brought in new ideas, we are following him and early results are positive."
