Juventus defender Andrea Barzagli believes a change in coach did not weaken the reigning Italian champions in any way.
Former coach Antonio Conte left the club to take the lead of the Italian national team with Massimiliano Allegri taking over and bringing the same winning philosophy of his predecessor.
"I'm satisfied with what I saw in these first few months," the defender is quoted as saying by TuttoJuve.com,
"It's still the same Juventus with a great desire to win.
"A very good coach joined and I'm sure he will bring in new ideas that can help us improve."
The Bianconeri completed a Serie A title hat-trick at the end of the last campaign but competition from other teams will be fierce this season, especially from Roma.
"Roma did well during the transfer window," added the defender.
"They did well last season so I expect them to be strong this season as well.
"Internazionale signed a number of important players, some with plenty of experience and Napoli enjoyed a good transfer season as they always do.
"Milan completely changed their squad and with Inzaghi as coach they could do well.
"Let's just say that we will not underestimate any team."
