West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic was not a happy man after his side suffered yet another defeat in the English Premier League.
The Hammers's 4-2 defeat at the hands of West Bromwich Albion means that they are now 17th in the table and could soon be in the relegation zone.
The Croatian admits that there are a number of problems that need to be solved in his team.
"They deserved it," Bilic is quoted as saying by the BBC.
"I felt embarrassed at half-time. We were three down and we can say that some of the goals were individual mistakes.
"The penalty is hard to explain as the opponent is nowhere near our player. But we can't make so many mistakes when we don't have the ball. The problem is big, we can't say we were just unlucky.
"It happens so many times at the start of the season it is simply too many times.
"They showed their character after half-time, we played good football in the second half but I hate to say again, the words I said against Watford, that if you continue to defend like this as a team you can't win a Premier League game.
"There were some positive things in the second half, but we want action not reaction. We have a problem, starting with me. I know that we have a problem and I am the manager and I have to do everything to turn this around, solve that problem."
