West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic says injured trio Andy Carroll, Diafra Sakho and Aaron Cresswell will soon be back in the squad.
The Hammers are away at West Bromwich Albion this week hoping to improve after a very disappointing start to their Premier League campaign.
"We can make a couple of changes [in defence] but with every goal you are always going to say it is always the defenders who are to blame for the goals," Bilic told reporters.
"This is a game of mistakes but we have to defend better and defend like we did this season against Bournemouth and the way we defended last season.
"Andy [Carroll] is much better now and has started running now.
"He will not be available for West Brom but he is improving big time and very soon we will have a full squad.
"[Diafra] Sakho and [Aaron] Cresswell will be back soon. Aaron is sprinting already and Ayew will be back sooner than what was expected."
