Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino says last season's disappointing results against Manchester City should belong to the past.
Spurs were thrashed 6-0 at the City of Manchester Stadium in November and suffered another heavy defeat months later at White Hart Lane when the Citizens eased to a 5-1 win.
But Pochettino hopes the outcome will be different when the two teams meet on Saturday.
"The reality is I don't remember the results," Pochettino said on Thursday.
"It's important to know that this is another season, another philosophy, another game.
"We need to arrive on Saturday with the idea that we believe in our philosophy and our style and get the points, that's the most important thing. The past is the past and it's important to look forward.
"It's always different, it's a new season, I think it's history. It's another season, a different game with maybe different players.
"The most important thing is we arrive in a good moment and, after our victory against Southampton, we need to keep the momentum and reproduce the same action during the game against Southampton and try to get the three points.
"We're waiting for Adebayor and Bentaleb to arrive, maybe this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
"Then we have some doubts with different players that arrived from their national teams with some problems, but we have another day tomorrow to analyse and train and after that we will decide the squad to travel to Manchester.
"Is Lloris a doubt? Maybe. Hugo arrived yesterday and was good but we need to analyse and test him and we have another day to decide.
"Chadli didn't play for Belgium [against Bosnia and Herzegovina on Monday]. It's ok but we need to test him tomorrow and decide after that if it's possible for him to be in the squad or in the team.
"Both [Kyle Naughton and Kyle Walker] are out. Naughton is getting better but is not fully recovered, and Walker is getting better. He's starting to run but it's early to say when it's possible for him to start training with the team."
