Sunderland midfielder Alfred N'Diaye has left the Black Cats to join Betis for five-years.
The 24-year-old joins the Spanish side for £2m and will play in the Spanish second division.
"[At Betis] I was happy and felt valued [last season]," the player said.
"I always said I would not mind playing for Betis in the second division, beside I am convinced it will be only for one season."
Jimmy Durmaz joins Olympiakos
Olympiakos have completed the signing of midfielder Jimmy Durmaz from Genclerbirlig. The player joins the Greek side on loan.

Spanish side Elche announced on their official website that they reached an agreement with goalkeeper Antonio Rodriguez Martinez Tono to rescind the player's contract. The 34-year-old is expected to sign for Rayo Vallecano.
