Serge Aurier has agreed a five-year deal with Manchester United ahead of a transfer to Old Trafford, Goal has claimed.
The Paris Saint-Germain star is also a target for Chelsea according to reports in Italy.
According to Goal's article, the player's outstanding legal issues could be an issue to finalise his transfer.
Last week, Sky Sports reported that no agreement has been reached between Manchester United and the player.
"Sky sources have been told United do not want to sign Aurier," the website claimed.
"It is also understood that United are not currently pursuing other targets and may have to offload some players before allowing any other arrivals.
"While United wrapped up the signing of Nemanja Matic from Chelsea on Monday, they have been frustrated in their attempts to secure Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic."
