Manchester United have agreed a £35million deal to hijack Chelsea’s move for Tiemoue Bakayoko according to Express Sport.
The Frenchman has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge this summer.
But it now seems that the Red Devils are in pole position.
However, it is unclear whether the transfer will go through.
The 22-year-old is set to undergo knee surgery that will keep him out of action for at least ten weeks.
The midfielder was one of the most important players for Monaco last season, helping his side in winning the Ligue 1 title and reaching the semi-finals of the Champions League.
