Manchester United have agreed terms with James Rodriguez over a summer transfer, the Sun has claimed.
The 25-year-old is desperate to leave the Spanish Liga to enjoy regular first-team football elsewhere ahead of next summer's World Cup Finals in Russia.
Last week, Colombia team-mate Carlos Bacca dropped a massive hint over the future of his friend, indicating that he will indeed leave the Spanish giants.
"It is not easy to make the decision to leave Real Madrid and go to another club," Bacca said.
"He must have a cool head, as he is doing because he is a professional."
United boss Jose Mourinho wants to sign at least two strikers before the start of pre-season so as to replace Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Wayne Rooney.
