Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos has rubbished rumours claiming that he will leave the club in the summer.
Manchester United have been heavily linked with the Brazil international with the Daily Star reporting that the Red Devils have made a £61.5million bid to sign the player.
But the 23-year-old is determined to continue with the French giants and is ready to extend his contract.
"I have a contract until 2019 and talks are underway to extend that," the Brazil international told L'Equipe.
"The new sporting director [Antero Henrique] had to be installed in order for negotiations to continue.
"I am relaxed, I have expressed my desire to stay with PSG so I am happy. It is also because of this that there have been so few rumours involving me this summer. It has been good because I have been able to enjoy my holidays in peace, without stress.
"I know that my future is in good hands, those of PSG, my agent [Giuliano Bertolucci] and my family. We are going to make the best decision."
