Manchester United plan to include two clauses in any deal for Adnan Januzaj after manager Jose Mourinho made it clear he wants to sell him.
According to the Daily Star, Spanish side Real Sociedad are interested in securing the services of the Belgian.
He spent last season on loan at Sunderland but failed to make a significant impact in David Moyes' side.
The former Manchester United manager was however full of praise for the youngster earlier this season.
"He's a really good talent," Moyes said in May.
"It wouldn't surprise me if Manchester United took him back and gave him a new contract.
"He's the best technical player. He'll have a big future.
"Some of his performances at times have been very good."
