Bayern Munich midfielder Joshua Kimmich has revealed that he is taking in consideration the possibility of leaving the German giants.
The 22-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United and is desperate to enjoy regular first-team football ahead of next summer's World Cup Finals in Russia.
He played 76 games for Bayern Munich since his 2015 move from Leipzig but he wants to feature more in Carlo Ancelotti's squad next season.
"The most important matter for me is not where I play, but that I play," he told Kicker.
"I would happily play as goalkeeper.
"When I have to make a choice between playing and watching on from the sidelines, I always pick playing.
"I would happily play as goalkeeper, striker or winger, as long as I play. I would prefer any position over watching on from the bench.
"Both at Bayern and the national team, there are players who have been around a bit longer and have immense quality.
"There is always a risk that you do not get as much playing time as you would like."
