Besiktas president Fikret Orman has insisted that former Arsenal midfielder Oguzhan Ozyakup deserves to play for a European giant.
The 23-year-old is currently in action with Turkey at the Euro 2016 Championship and is not expected to leave the club this summer.
But when he does he should do it for Manchester United, Chelsea Barcelona or Real Madrid his president believes.
"When Ozyakup leaves Besiktas it will be for Manchester United, Barcelona or Real Madrid," Orman told Turkish Football.
"A club of that calibre."
In May, Orman was of the same opinion as he added Chelsea to the equation.
"Last season, Lazio made an approach for Oguzhan, but I didn’t want him to go there," he told Turkish radio station TRT three months ago.
"Lazio are an average side in Italy.
"Besiktas are bigger than them.
"If Oguzhan goes to Europe, it should be to a team of the calibre of Chelsea."
