Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata has told Arsenal and Chelsea he wants to earn at least £6million a year according to Express Sport.
The future of the striker remains uncertain amid reports that he is a target for Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus.
He is expected to return to Real Madrid at the end of the Euro 2016 Championship only to then be sold during the summer transfer window.
At the start of the week, reports in Italy have claimed that the 23-year-old will snub a move to Arsenal because he wants to play under one of the two new managers in charge at Chelsea and Manchester United.
At the moment, the Red Devils are strong favourites to sign him as they possess the financial resources to secure his services.
